Alley Agents provides AI-powered tools for Data Center Operators and smart hands, including:

• Circuit Breaker: Connectivity diagnostics and root cause analysis
• Site Scribe: Voice-to-ticket transcription
• Dispatcher: Intelligent ticket triage and technician assignment
• Compliance Officer: Audit and compliance documentation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for paid plans are set forth in your subscription or on our Pilot Program page. You agree to pay all fees when due. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to the Service, including software, content, and trademarks. You retain rights to your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
